Let it out!

STRESS!!!..

one thing that will ruin one's day..one's mood..one's feeling...and almost everything..

When I walked into my office this afternoon..I was greet by an unhappy and "something not right" face of my friend.. I asked her if everything's okay and she nodded "yes"..but I knew..it is not her..
I walked closer to her and hugged her..and she burst into tears....

We talked for a few minutes since I've got a tutorial to catch up...

The tip is....when it hits and strucks you...i.e.. STRESS...or feeling down.... you need to let it out...

HOW???...

you can cry..
you can shout...
you can do your exercise routine (swimming, jogging, walking, meditating, "jacuziing"...etc)
you can eat..(good food please...)
and the best way.... ask and give yourself to the Almighty Allah...He will surely give the tranquility that you need...

and just remember that..we are not all alone...we can always find a shoulder to cry on.....

And dear friend, thanks so much for lending a shoulder to cry on that day. I was damn miserable that time I suppose I cant wipe it out of my face. Alhamdulillah, I am now more confident and surprisingly have made better progress than I have expected.
